Not only do we strive for the fastest and safest delivery of your valuable LED lighting, we work constantly to make sure the experience you receive is consistant with what you would expect from the leading online lighting retailer.

From the time you place your order to the time it is loaded on a carriers truck, a team is working behind the scenes to ensure your shipment is accurately and safely fulfilled. To support these efforts we utilize several warehouses across the nation with state of the art processing and packing capabilities.

All you can ship for just $7.95!

Go ahead, fill the truck! EarthLED will ship all LED bulb orders via Ground Shipping Service to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States for a flat shipping charge of $7.95. Upgraded services are available (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) on certain in-stock items for an additional charge based upon our sophisticated best price, best service routing system. Fixture and troffer orders are shipped for a flat fee of $30.

EarthLED may select an alternative shipper depending on the size and weight of your item.

Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and other US Territories).

Shipping and handling charges along with any charged Freight are non-refundable in occurrences where EarthLED has made no error in merchandising or shipping.

International Shipments

The order minimum for orders outside the 50 United States is $100.00 (U.S. Dollars). EarthLED will ship via UPS, FedEx, Postal Service or through a U.S.-based "Freight Forwarder" of the customer's choosing. Additional shipping charges will apply. To place an international order, simply add items to your cart and enter your address information. This will create an order in our system for which we will contact you to quote the proper shipping rate. You may also Contact Us to place a International Order.

The customer is responsible for payment of taxes, duties, tariffs and any other charges levied by government agencies.

Payments must be made in full using a credit card or bank transfer at the time of shipment.

Title and risk of loss of the products pass to the customer upon delivery at the Freight Forwarder.

All packages are packed with environmentally responsible packing materials to ensure that your LED arrives safely with minimal environmental impact. Additionally, we offset the carbon impact of our shipments whenever possible via the UPS carbon neutral shipping option.

UPS's carbon neutral option supports projects that offset the emissions of the shipment's transport. UPS has supported projects that include reforestation, landfill gas destruction, wastewater treatment, and methane destruction.

Our carbon neutral option is verified by Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), an inspection, testing, and verification company. This means that you can have confidence in the UPS carbon neutral method. Additionally, our carbon offset process is certified by The CarbonNeutral Company.
