EarthLED takes pride in offering the best LED lighting available. We only select products from manufacturers that offer a warranty on their products. The warranty for each product is listed on the product information pages in the specifications and description. This warranty is also printed on the box for most manufacturers. NOTE: a manufacturers’ statement of Average Rated Life Hours does not imply a Warranty for either the manufacturer or for EarthLED.)

What If I Have A Defective Product?

EarthLED will replace all defective products for a period of 60 days directly, EarthLED will also cover the return shipping for such defects. After this time period, we will direct you to the manufacturer for all warranty claims.

For a small fee, EarthLED offers a protection plan that fills in the gaps in the manufacturer warranty. For more information on EarthLED protection plans, visit this page.
